Who doesn’t love being recognized? We’re always very humbled when an organization sees our company and our work as exceptional. A-Train was recently named to Colorado Biz Magazine’s Top 250 Companies in Colorado list. This is a feather in our cap, as we pride ourselves on steadily growing while staying mindful of our clients, their needs, and our team. Since 1998, we’ve been consistently focused on intentional growth, and it’s a point of pride to have a prestigious media outlet take notice.
We’re often asked about what makes A-Train successful, and it’s always an easy question for us to answer: PEOPLE. Of course, this may seem like a cliché response, but as a privately-held business that has grown over the past 20 years from two people to 15, the success is truly due to the people that have supported us, both as clients and colleagues
The journey hasn’t always been easy, and hasn’t always been fun. Entrepreneurship can be a very tough road. But the benefits far outweigh the challenges. After 20 years, we’re still genuinely ecstatic when we see great results from our work. When our clients reach more people, strengthen their message, get clear and focused about what matters in their approach to the world, and they make more money… well, that’s really what we’re doing this for. We want companies to grow, innovate, and succeed. If we can be part of that, well that’s just a win-win for all of us!
