The Problem

Frontier House faced challenges in effectively communicating their mission and services to their community. Their existing digital tools were not meeting their needs for accessibility and engagement, which limited their community impact. A-Train Marketing was tasked with overhauling their digital presence and creating marketing materials that informed, inspired action and inspired support. The approach included revamping their website with user-friendly designs and creating compelling visual assets for their annual fundraising events, ensuring each piece communicated the heart and purpose of Frontier House’s mission.

A-Train Marketing started our work with Frontier House first with a deep strategic and tactical evaluation. From this evaluation, we determined the two to three largest opportunities for Frontier House to begin engaging its community more deeply. These areas were:

  3. Private clubhouse website for Frontier House members to clearly see upcoming events, menus, etc.

One public-facing site received significant updates for better user engagement, while a completely new ‘clubhouse’ site was built to serve the members more directly, offering easy navigation and robust interaction capabilities.
