The Problem

The Healthy Homes program, a City of Fort Collins initiative committed to better home environments, faced an ironic challenge, its resounding success led to more inspection requests than they could accommodate. The city needed a scalable solution that empowered residents to perform their own home evaluations. A-Train Marketing was hired to develop a strategy and an intuitive web-based tool that delivered the functionality of an app without the overhead.
