Seniors Helping Seniors (Seniors), a leader in in-home care for seniors provided by people their own age, came to A-Train for help with a balancing act related to their online presence. The company needed the websites for its 141 nationwide franchise partners to follow certain company standards while giving the partner the freedom to share information specific to their area and offerings.

A Multi-Site Environment
That’s Easily Managed

A-Train developed a multi-site management system that enables Seniors to quickly and efficiently create a website for new franchisees. Each individual website includes both standard corporate content and areas where the partner can easily customize their information using a centralized content management system (CMS) to describe its unique set of services. Brought online in a matter of minutes, the sites are identified in a way that keeps them from being penalized by Google for duplicate content.

A unique and innovative feature of the multi-site environment is the proximity-based ZIP code search and map system — functionality that is also used in the Contact form to make connecting with local franchises easier. Site visitors simply select their own ZIP code in completing the form and the lead is delivered to the appropriate partner.

Collateral Customizable for Any Occasion

Pleased with the results of the website project, individual Seniors Helping Seniors franchise partners teamed up to engage further with A-Train to develop digital marketing campaigns and print materials. The print materials included a unique bi-fold brochure with inserts that allow a franchise partner to customize the content they are providing based on the client’s interests and needs.
